› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized, individual lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› What is an individual lease?
An individual lease means independence. When you lease an apartment at HERE Kansas, you’ll sign your own lease agreement. That means that you will be responsible for your portion of the rent, and nobody else’s. The rent you pay pertains to your bedroom and your share of the total cost of the unit. No more worrying about anybody’s finances but your own!
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?
At HERE Kansas, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to HERE Kansas residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Yes! And it’s not your typical dorm furniture. Your apartment will come sleekly styled with furnishings that are modern yet functional, and elegant with an industrial twist.
› What floor-plans are available?

› Is there parking?
Of course. We have a secure, covered parking garage for the exclusive use of our HERE Kansas residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today.
› Is there security at HERE Kansas?
The safety of our residents is our first priority at HERE Kansas. We have video surveillance, electronic fob entry, and video doorbells courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the premises secure.
› Does HERE Kansas allow pets?
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome to come call HERE Kansas home. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
